Client Support Specialist
Job Summary
Consulting with venture capital and private equity clients, the full-time Client Support Specialist will assist with onboarding, build integrated Excel reports, and manage client projects, while working remotely or from various locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to align portfolio monitoring and financial reporting offerings with their needs
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a hands-on approach to enhance client engagement
- Develop robust Excel reports integrated with company platforms and complete additional client projects as required
Required qualifications:
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a conceptual understanding of the SaaS business model
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in mathematics, accounting, or finance
- Experience with proprietary software, such as iLevel, is desirable
