Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound support calls and tickets from hospices and pharmacies
- Place outbound calls to proactively check on new users and offer brief training sessions
- Contribute to the client-facing Knowledge Center by adding FAQs and tutorials
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS client support or as a Pharmacy Technician
- Proven success in troubleshooting and problem solving via phone
- Self-driven and motivated with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
