Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide user support and timely responses to customer service inquiries via various communication means
- Evaluate, document, and escalate technical issues and product bugs for further research
- Create and review tickets, update customer information, and collaborate on operational improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ months of related experience in customer service or support roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to learn and understand ticketing software applications
- Proficient in Office 365 and working knowledge of phone queue systems
- Comfortable meeting or exceeding established SLAs and Metrics
