Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support and timely responses to customer service inquiries via various communication means
  • Evaluate, document, and escalate technical issues and product bugs for further research
  • Create and review tickets, update customer information, and collaborate on operational improvement
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ months of related experience in customer service or support roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand ticketing software applications
  • Proficient in Office 365 and working knowledge of phone queue systems
  • Comfortable meeting or exceeding established SLAs and Metrics
