Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist (Mountain/Pacific US Time Zone) to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the company's software products and assist clients with their questions and issues
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with Tier 2 support to resolve software issues
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback for product enhancements

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with software concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot and multitask effectively
  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira is a plus
  • Experience working with local governments and school districts is preferred
