Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Technician - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve end user issues efficiently while providing an excellent service experience
  • Install, configure, and mentor end users on client-approved software and technologies
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and maintain system notes to identify chronic issues
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of Mac & Windows help desk experience or 3+ years in customer-facing roles
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace and macOS, with knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Slack preferred
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on a contract basis as needed
