Job Summary
As a remote full-time Client Support Technician, the successful candidate will provide professional support for document management and eForms solutions, resolving technical issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and friendly support for Softdocs products, managing multiple cases effectively
- Document issues and resolutions accurately while collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot complex problems
- Stay updated on product features and suggest improvements for internal documentation and support processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT, technical support, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or a comparable database, including DML commands
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
