Client Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Systems Analyst II to ensure software systems meet business needs through testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows and Excel Macros for data analysis and reporting
• Test applications and systems, ensuring changes meet user expectations and documenting defects
• Participate in design reviews and assist with production issue resolution from call centers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of experience in a Health Insurance enterprise
• 1 or more years of experience with software testing or configuration in a healthcare organization (preferred)
• 2 or more years in a quality improvement or system testing role within an SDLC
• Advanced software testing certifications (preferred)
