Client Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Systems Specialist to manage client updates and facilitate issue resolution in foreclosure and bankruptcy cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely status updates to clients regarding foreclosure milestone completion
• Update and complete applicable sub-processes within the client system related to contested issues
• Facilitate and escalate issues to the appropriate internal department or client contact for resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment
• Prior experience in a foreclosure or bankruptcy law firm is preferred
• Experience with legal case management or loan servicing systems is a plus
