Client Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Client Systems Specialist will provide timely updates on foreclosure milestone completions and manage sub-processes within client systems while facilitating issue resolution with appropriate departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients with status updates on foreclosure milestones and manage related sub-processes
• Facilitate and escalate issues to the appropriate department or client contact
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal and client-specific instructions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
