Job Summary

As a full-time Client Technical Solutioner working remotely, the successful candidate will collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored technical solutions, contributing to the development of domain-specific offerings and engaging in contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and craft innovative technical solutions
• Support Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during customer discussions and presentations
• Compile and present final solution documents, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy
• Expertise in IT organizational models, governance, and financing models
• Proven ability to design technical solutions based on customer requirements
• In-depth understanding of IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
• Excellent customer and presentation skills
