Job Summary
Promoting Stewart's digital and technical services, the full-time Client Technical Solutions Specialist will work remotely to ensure customer success through sales and support activities while collaborating with clients and internal teams to address technical requirements and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and support Stewart's suite of signing solutions to clients
- Act as a liaison between clients' technical teams and the internal IT department
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide product training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Experience with creating, designing, and integrating technologies using APIs and databases
- Real estate, lending, or title industry experience preferred
- Experience with Zapier or similar tools is a plus
