Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Technology Manager (CTM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and client liaison, managing the technical partnership with assigned customers
  • Perform comprehensive discovery of client environments to understand infrastructure, systems, and risks
  • Develop strategic technology recommendations to advance IT maturity and support long-term business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years in an MSP operational role
  • Minimum 3 years in a client-facing technical role
  • Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft technologies
  • Experience supporting clients under managed services agreements
