Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Client Training to define and enhance client training strategies for onboarding and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute scalable client training programs for onboarding and ongoing success
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Training team
  • Partner cross-functionally to align training with business and client goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of training management and curriculum design experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience with LMS platforms and modern learning methodologies
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions
  • 10-20% travel required
