Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Client Training to define and enhance client training strategies for onboarding and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable client training programs for onboarding and ongoing success
- Lead, coach, and develop the Training team
- Partner cross-functionally to align training with business and client goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of training management and curriculum design experience (SaaS preferred)
- Experience with LMS platforms and modern learning methodologies
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions
- 10-20% travel required
