Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of 10-15 corporate clients, the temporary Client Transition Manager will oversee a critical system and corporate credit card migration remotely while collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless transition experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead direct outreach to clients through video and phone calls to guide them through system modifications and corporate card updates
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to coordinate communication and align on client-specific nuances
  • Act as the primary advocate for clients, identifying and resolving technical or system issues proactively
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, FinTech Implementation, Project Coordination, or Junior PM/PMO support
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Commercial Banking environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to corporate stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint for tracking and organization
  • A proactive, action-oriented mindset focused on problem-solving before issues impact clients
