A company is looking for a Climate Campaign Representative to advance climate initiatives in Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic campaign plans to promote clean energy transition in Maryland
• Design and implement equitable campaign strategies while ensuring volunteer participation and partnership growth
• Monitor and evaluate clean energy-related laws and initiatives, advocating for policy positions with decision-makers

Required Qualifications

• Experience in policy analysis and advocacy campaign development related to climate change and clean energy
• Ability to navigate complex organizational systems and manage multiple projects effectively
• Commitment to understanding systems of oppression and promoting equity in campaign efforts
• Knowledge of Maryland's geography, ecology, and political landscape is a plus
• Working knowledge of Spanish is also a plus
