A company is looking for a Strategist, Climate Displacement & Migration, Adaptation and Resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the grantmaking strategy related to climate displacement and migration
• Initiate partnerships and relationships with potential grantees and collaborators
• Facilitate learning sessions and coordinate with the funder coalition on climate-related displacement and migration

Required Qualifications

• Experience in climate science, public policy, or social analysis
• Proven track record in strategic philanthropy and grantmaking
• Ability to develop key performance indicators for programmatic reporting
• Experience with international political mobilization and networking
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings
