Key Responsibilities

• Analyze climate-related hazards and their impacts on agriculture using national data
• Assess historical and future climate trends and their implications for project areas
• Support the integration of climate risk considerations into project funding proposals

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in climate science, environmental sciences, agricultural climatology, or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in climate change adaptation and agrometeorology
• Working knowledge of English and Arabic
• Familiarity with programming languages (R), GIS software, and climate risk assessments
• Strong analytical skills and experience with climate policies related to agriculture and food security
