Climate Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Climate Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle, ensuring meaningful outcomes through the climate platform
• Lead climate implementation engagements, providing support in GHG quantification and decarbonization scenario development
• Serve as a trusted advisor on climate frameworks and best practices for developing climate action plans

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Climate Change, Sustainability, GHG accounting, or Decarbonization
• 3-5+ years of customer-facing or client leadership experience with enterprise or multinational companies
• Deep knowledge of global climate frameworks, including GHG Protocol and climate scenario models
• Demonstrated project management experience in complex implementation programs
• Hands-on experience conducting carbon inventories or leading climate action initiatives
