Job Summary

To support families beginning their journey into ABA therapy, the remote Clinic Admissions Associate will manage day-to-day administrative functions, provide exceptional support to clients, and become a subject matter expert on autism while embodying the company's core values.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including document management and communication with referral sources
  • Assist prospective and current clients through inbound calls, ensuring they feel supported and informed
  • Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and clinical leadership
Required qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to engage with families
  • Commitment to embodying a caring and team-oriented company culture
