Clinic Development Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing network of clinics, the full-time salaried Clinic Development Project Manager will manage the planning, design, permitting, construction, and setup of new locations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote role with travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clinic buildouts from lease execution through to handover to operations, developing detailed project schedules and milestones
• Oversee architects and engineers during design phases, ensuring compliance with clinical and operational standards while managing permit submissions and approvals
• Serve as the representative during construction, monitoring progress, reviewing contractor documentation, and identifying risks with proposed mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or related roles
• Ability to lift boxes (up to ~15 lbs) for center setup
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Current Soar employees must be in good standing in their current roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
