Job Summary
To support the growth of veterinary clinics, the full-time Clinic Growth Manager will design and manage community programs, develop educational content, and analyze engagement metrics, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage a clinic community program, including newsletters and online engagement initiatives
- Develop and run educational seminars and webinars on platform best practices and updates
- Analyze usage trends and build targeted re-engagement plans for underperforming clinics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Community Engagement, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes across a large customer base
- Experience building community programs or customer education initiatives
