Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinic Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new patients through onboarding and ensure accurate completion of documentation
• Provide technical support for telehealth platforms and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in training staff and manage administrative tasks to support clinic operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or IT preferred
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably behavioral health
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or technical support roles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
