Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or Clinical Operations
• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage multi-stakeholder relationships
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting usage data to inform strategic decisions
• Project management experience with a focus on leading teams in adopting new workflows
