Job Summary

Driving the adoption of Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing services, the full-time Clinical Account Executive will promote and sell these solutions to clinicians and healthcare providers across South Texas, engaging with key stakeholders and developing strategic business plans remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of MRD testing services within major U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers to establish and expand business opportunities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for the territory, including budgets and goal setting
Required qualifications
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting, with a focus on MRD testing preferred
  • Proven track record of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
  • In-depth understanding of the payer and reimbursement environment in oncology diagnostics
  • Experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
