Job Summary

To drive the adoption of MRD testing services, the full-time Clinical Account Executive will promote and sell Tempus's offerings to clinicians and healthcare providers while collaborating with key stakeholders in a remote role based in California or Arizona.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive the adoption of MRD testing services within major U.S. cancer centers and community practices
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and decision-makers to establish and expand business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones
Required qualifications:
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting, with a focus on MRD testing preferred
  • Proven track record of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
  • In-depth understanding of the payer and reimbursement environment in oncology diagnostics
  • Experience working with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, and large health systems
