Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to manage administrative tasks related to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative intake of members and coordinate requests for services
  • Process referrals and prior authorizations, including intake and notification roles
  • Assist clinical staff with documentation and case triage for Clinical Coverage Review
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of equivalent healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must reside in Virginia and commute to Richmond, VA office approximately once per month
  • Access to a designated quiet workspace at home for handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
