Job Summary
Managing administrative intake of members, the full-time Clinical Administrative Coordinator will process referrals and prior authorizations, assist clinical staff with administrative tasks, and handle inbound calls from members and providers while working remotely from New Jersey.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage administrative intake of members and process incoming and outgoing referrals
- Assist clinical staff with setting up documents and triaging cases for Clinical Coverage Review
- Handle resolution and inquiries from members and providers through inbound calls
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
- Must reside within the state of New Jersey
