Clinical Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health scale-up, the full-time Clinical Administrator will monitor HL7 interfaces, triage and resolve failures, and manage client onboarding for imaging center connections in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HL7 interfaces to ensure accurate and timely transmission of orders and results
• Analyze HL7 message segments to diagnose data transmission failures and perform daily production support tasks
• Lead the technical deployment and configuration of DICOM and HL7 gateway software for new client onboardings

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of HL7 v2 message structure and common message types (ORM, ORU)
• Experience with integration engines such as Rhapsody or Mirth Connect
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, or EHR systems and the radiology workflow
• Understanding of DICOM concepts and imaging terminology
• Experience in healthcare IT or clinical systems support is preferred
