Clinical Adoption Lead (Canada Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Adoption Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver bilingual clinical engagement and adoption activities with healthcare professionals
• Support the deployment of standardized clinical content and coordinate validation with clinical SMEs
• Conduct readiness assessments and support go-live stabilization by addressing adoption issues

Required Qualifications

• Current or recent registration as a regulated health professional in Canada
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CIS/EHR implementation project
• Experience in implementing standardized clinical documentation across a multi-site healthcare environment
• Fully bilingual in French and English for stakeholder engagement
