Clinical Adoption Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Adoption Specialist to serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients, driving product adoption and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary advocate
• Guide clients through onboarding and maximize utilization of the company's solutions
• Drive client renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients at various organizational levels
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new software solutions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
