Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Affiliation Agreement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate external agreements to ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update clinical affiliation templates and ensure timely processing of agreements
• Deliver high-quality communication and reporting regarding affiliation agreements to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in agreement/contract management or negotiation
• Proficiency in technology for processing agreement reviews
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
