Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical AI Technical Integration Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support VistA and Ambient AI Scribe interface testing and validation across pilot and go-live sites
• Engage in technical troubleshooting and operational support, including real-time issue resolution and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in supporting technical systems and healthcare technology environments
• Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis
• Proven ability to support testing activities and validation workflows
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams and operational support organizations
