Clinical AI Nurse Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical AI initiative, the part-time Clinical AI Nurse Specialist will focus on labeling clinical notes for AI model training, providing clinical feedback, and collaborating with a team of experts while working remotely with a commitment of up to 28 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Completing the labeling of clinical notes to assist in training AI models
• Providing clinical feedback and recommendations based on nursing knowledge
• Collaborating with a team of subject matter experts for quality review of AI products

Required qualifications

• Clinical background (RN, NP) with at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience
• General familiarity with AI applications in healthcare and relevant terminology
• Clinical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred with proof of clinical license verification
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in data labeling and familiarity with clinical software applications preferred
