Job Summary

Managing the clinical AI and technology portfolio, the full-time Senior Advisor, Clinical AI & Technology Program Execution will oversee program management processes from intake through execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the clinical AI and technology portfolio management process, including intake, prioritization, and execution oversight
• Create and maintain a transparent view of clinical AI and technology opportunities, tracking progress, risks, and decisions
• Prepare governance materials for leadership decisions, ensuring clear communication of portfolio updates and required actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or complex enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams in a matrixed organization
• Experience with portfolio governance, integrated planning, and risk management
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
