Clinical AI Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical AI Specialist to ensure the safety and effectiveness of AI models within clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology teams to create and update clinical content for AI models
• Perform quality assurance on AI model outputs to ensure accuracy and safety in clinical reasoning
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify opportunities for AI interventions that enhance provider efficiency and patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Clinical degree (e.g., MD, DO, RN, PA, NP, or PharmD) or equivalent healthcare background
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting with knowledge of clinical protocols and workflows
• Experience in performing clinical chart reviews and understanding patient care processes
• Familiarity with clinical safety and regulatory requirements in healthcare
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning principles
