Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Analyst to support data analytics and reporting within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise data analytics, utilizing MD-Staff and cross-functional data sources
Design and deliver analytical reports and dashboards while overseeing regulatory documentation and standardizing processes
Lead and mentor staff on data accessibility and reporting tools to enhance data literacy and operational decision-making

Required Qualifications

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
Healthcare experience using MD Staff and MD Stat is required
Familiarity with MD-Staff/MD-Stat, Collibra, Red Cap, Reltio, and Symedical is preferred
