Job Summary
Driving enterprise clinical performance strategy, the full-time remote Clinical Analyst and Data Scientist will oversee analytics, regulatory reporting frameworks, and operational intelligence to support clinical initiatives, translating complex healthcare data into executive-level insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of clinical performance dashboards and develop recurring analytics using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Partner with clinical leadership to define KPIs and present insights to senior stakeholders in decision-ready formats
- Support regulatory compliance through development of performance metrics and proactive analytics monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, data analytics, health informatics, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- 3+ years of experience working with healthcare plan datasets, including claims and quality measures
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare economics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytics into executive-level insights
