Clinical Analyst II

Job Summary

Serving as a Project Leader on major initiatives, the full-time Clinical Analyst II will manage clinical system analysis and development, translating operational requirements into system specifications while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control clinical system analysis, evaluating user requests and estimating implementation costs
• Provide technical guidance and support to users, coordinating communication and resolving issues related to clinical systems
• Define testing parameters for system changes and improvements, ensuring compliance with established documentation standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of position-related experience in clinical systems
• Strong understanding of functional areas represented and experience with implementing software solutions
• Experience in workflow design is desirable
• Ability to work independently and maintain effective working relationships with others
