Clinical Analyst II (ABMGG/CCMG Certified)

Job Summary

Independently managing clinical data analysis, the full-time Clinical Analyst II (ABMGG/CCMG Certified) will support accurate interpretation of genetic findings through exome and genome sequencing workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical data analysis and case management to support the interpretation of genetic findings, including reanalysis activities
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations for various genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools
• Investigate and interpret complex clinical features of genetic conditions, documenting evidence and rationale for variant classification

Required qualifications

• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with over 2 years of relevant experience in clinical diagnostics
• ABMGG or CCMG certification required
• At least one year of independent clinical analysis experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
