Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Analytics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in analytics projects focusing on nursing workforce, service lines, safety, and quality outcomes
• Gathers, extracts, cleans, and prepares data to support analyses and validates results
• Interprets and summarizes data into reports, abstracts, and presentations while managing small analytic projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of internal databases and data sources for quality and operational data
• Proficiency in tools such as Toad, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Epic
• Understanding of basic statistical principles and outcome evaluation methods
