Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Appeal Nurse - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration, scheduling, and financial liability collection in compliance with policies
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and assist with insurance verification and authorizations
• Support departmental efficiencies by managing patient demographic information and coordinating post-discharge care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0 - 1 year in a Customer Service role
• 0 - 1 year administrative experience in a medical facility or related area preferred
• Some college coursework is preferred
• Basic knowledge of a hospital environment is preferred
