Clinical Application Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting the clinical applications team, the full-time Clinical Application Analyst II will assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical program applications, provide operational support to end users, and lead designated projects in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical applications, ensuring system updates are completed
• Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Participate in team and project meetings, onboarding new hires, and contributing to process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with six years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience, or a Master's degree in a related field
• Experience in Information Systems or clinical settings is required
• Background in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science is preferred
• Previous experience with EPIC Beaker and Beaker builder/user is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, project management, and customer service skills are essential
