Clinical Application Services Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Clinical Application Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team managing radiology clinical applications, ensuring optimal performance and support
• Oversee Level 3 support services, ensuring rapid issue resolution and continuous service improvement
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with service levels and system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical application services, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical device regulatory requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise radiology applications
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated software and clinical safety risk management preferred
