Job Summary
To support oncology epidemiology research, the remote Clinical Application Specialist II will design observational studies, develop statistical analysis plans, and analyze real-world databases while collaborating with epidemiologists and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and support observational epidemiology studies and registries in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and execute data and statistical analysis plans with minimal oversight
- Query real-world databases and perform statistical programming and analysis to generate reports and findings
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Pharmacy Administration, Biostatistics, HEOR, or related field required; Ph.D. preferred
- 5+ years of relevant RWE/data analytics experience for Master's candidates; 1-2 years for Ph.D. candidates
- Advanced SAS and SQL programming skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience in oncology epidemiology involving solid tumors and/or hematologic malignancies
- Hands-on experience with real-world data analysis using healthcare claims and EHR databases
