Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an eCW Analyst on assigned Customer EHR department team
Provide hands-on support for Customer approved changes to eCW settings and configurations
Document issues and actions taken to resolve or remediate using Customer's systems and processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Thorough understanding of eCW and related 3rd Party Vendors applications
3+ years of experience with implementation and/or support of eCW
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Industry-specific certification(s): Electronic Health Records - MEDITECH Systems Certificate
Aptitude for high productivity and efficiency
