Clinical Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting clinical operations remotely, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems to ensure efficient workflows for radiologists nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems for reliable radiologist workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, troubleshooting and enhancing workflows
- Partner with various teams to implement workflow improvements and proactively monitor application health and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support
- Deep understanding of DICOM and HL7 interfaces and their impact on imaging workflows
- Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows
- Hands-on experience with clinical applications like eRAD PACS or similar in a live environment
- Experience troubleshooting PACS and imaging workflow issues in complex healthcare settings
