Clinical Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting radiologists nationwide, the full-time remote Clinical Applications Analyst will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems, focusing on workflow enhancement and issue resolution to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems for efficient radiologist workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, managing troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow enhancements
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce friction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support in a healthcare environment
- Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces impacting imaging workflows
- Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including roles of various stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with clinical applications such as eRAD PACS, 3M M*Modal Fluency, or equivalent systems
- Experience troubleshooting PACS and clinical application issues in complex healthcare settings
