Clinical Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with clinical and operational teams, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst will ensure the stability and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems remotely, focusing on PACS support, workflow enhancements, and issue resolution to improve patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems for efficient radiologist workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, supporting troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow enhancements
- Proactively monitor application health and system performance to maintain high availability and minimize operational disruptions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support
- Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces affecting imaging workflows
- Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including roles of radiologists and support teams
- Hands-on experience with clinical applications such as eRAD PACS or 3M M*Modal Fluency in a live environment
- Experience troubleshooting PACS and imaging workflow issues in complex healthcare settings
