Clinical Applications Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with clinical and operational teams, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst will ensure the stability and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems to support radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications and imaging systems for efficient radiologist workflows
- Serve as a subject matter expert for PACS and clinical applications, supporting troubleshooting, upgrades, and workflow enhancements
- Proactively monitor application health and workflow performance to maintain high system availability and minimize operational disruptions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years in clinical or radiology systems support in a healthcare environment
- Deep understanding of DICOM and working knowledge of HL7 interfaces affecting imaging workflows
- Proven expertise in radiology and teleradiology workflows, including roles of radiologists and support teams
- Hands-on experience with clinical applications such as eRAD PACS or 3M M*Modal Fluency in a live environment
- Experience troubleshooting PACS and imaging workflow issues in complex healthcare settings
