Clinical Applications Analyst II

Job Summary

Providing high-level support for mid-complexity projects, the full-time Clinical Applications Analyst II will work remotely to manage EHR application maintenance, lead initiatives, and develop educational programs for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve application-related issues
• Develop, implement, and present technology learning programs for users
• Lead initiatives and projects while serving as a subject matter expert in assigned applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field
• Certification in Epic inpatient applications preferred
• Experience in analyzing and supporting EHR applications
• Aptitude for translating customer requirements into feasible application options
• Ability to work under general supervision and respond promptly to customer needs
